Description
(This is my kaiju entry for GodzillaSamurai's Kaiju Kontest. This monster was evented for this contest, but will possibly be seen in a later story involving my monster Monsturra.)
Apollosaurus’s Stats:
Height: 55 meters
Length: 105 meters
Wingspan: 115 meters
Weight: 30,000 tons
Abilities:
-Armored hide can withstand all conventional weaponry and weak atomic breath blast
-Can absorb solar radiation through frills on it’s back and fire orange energy balls from it’s mouth.
-Can create massive gusts of wind by flapping it’s wings/flippers.
-Wings/Flippers can be used as bludgeoning weapon
-Can expel water or air through gills on back for flight or to swim faster
-Can fly at Mach 1
-Can swim at 60 knots
Weakness:
-Slow on land due to short legs
-Will become arrogant when it thinks it is winning a battle and can make mistakes
-Solar absorbing abilities and energy ball projectiles lessen during night. It has to use reverse energy it stores in it’s body, which leaves it drained.
Origin:
Apollosaurus is a genetic engineered marine reptile that was created by a ancient civilization, a possible form of guardian. It had laid dormant at the bottom of the sea for centuries until a series of illegal bomb test awaken it from it’s slumber. Disturbed and enraged the kaiju cause mayhem and destruction until it comes face to face with….

this seems like a pretty cool kaiju, doesnt exactly scream Designed for battle and it doesnt seem to exagerrated with its abilities for it design but i think you need bigger wings if something that big that is that shape is going to fly
another thing i like is the way you didnt go over board with conflicting aboilities like ive seen a few of my competitons kaiju saying that theirs is like a griffon with a thin coat of hair making it so resistant to heat and cold at the same time that its useless, when i read that description for theirs i was like Pick ONE already theres no wy you can get away with both, and then theres also others that just go overboard with the specials and give hem like 20 different kinds of atomic breath and all this other crap, i like how yours is simple
