Description
Some concept sketches that I've been working on, thanks to some suggestions from friends on Facebook Messenger. The kaiju are "Monsturra" (still debating on his rename), represented with 1-4. As you can see, I'm trying to make him less Godzilla looking, and giving him a more unique design.
Number 5 is the possible enemy kaiju who can shoot a flame or acid form it's snout tip that allows it to burrow, as it mostly lives underground.
Nothing final, of course (hence why it's in Scraps), but it does show what I've been doing.
By the way, I've been working on some story concepts as well, so I'm getting there.

Ok these look a bit better than the last sketches. I really like #5 with his distinct and apparent horn design, he has potential. As for the other heads I give you kudos for trying to add more apparent/obvious variations with the horns/ears and with the dragon-like appearance versus the obvious godzilla clone. I still think you can really take it up a notch with these designs and implement more to steer clear of just a bland dragon head. I notice they look reminiscent to the Rathalos/Rathian from the Monster Hunter series, good source of inspiration "fantastic creature designs in my opinion". Take some time to browse the concept art for the series and get a good idea where they come from for their inspiration and hopefully inspire you as well.
